Platform / Internal forms
Never close a conversation with missing data
Palera's internal forms capture the data a campaign is missing, at the moment it matters, and write every answer to the customer record. Almost every campaign has extra data worth collecting, for your team or for your client, and you usually work out which fields those are after the campaign is already live. With internal forms, it is never too late to add those fields.
Never close a conversation with missing data
Internal forms that appear on the right disposition or campaign, branch as the agent answers, and write to the customer record.
How a form behaves
The right question, at the moment it matters
A Palera internal form appears only on the conversations it applies to, branches as the agent answers, and writes every answer to the customer record.
- Add it to any campaign, even one already runningNo redeployment and no pause. The form appears on the next qualifying conversation.
- Show it only when it should appearScoped to a campaign, or triggered by a disposition, such as a prospect who is interested and has been sent information.
- Make it requiredSo no conversation closes with the data missing, which is the entire point.
- Choose how agents answerText, number, dropdown or date, per field.
- Every answer can branchFollow-up questions appear as the agent answers, and adjust if the customer changes their mind.
- Everything writes to the customer recordAnd out to your CRM over a custom API if that is where it needs to live.
Go as deep as the campaign needs
23 questions across five levels, and the agent sees four
A branching form can be large without being heavy, because the agent only ever sees the branch the conversation is actually on. The complexity lives in the design, not on the screen.
Everything a Palera internal form captures is reportable. The questions become the column headers and every reply sits underneath, one row per conversation, so a client asking what their prospects said has an answer that did not need assembling.
Where this earns its place
- Qualification data a client asked for after launch
- Compliance attestations that must be captured per call
- Disposition detail that a dropdown alone cannot carry
- Anything your CRM needs that the conversation already knows
