Solutions / Enrollment and admissions
Palera helps admissions teams reach inquiries while they are still fresh, with calls and texts on one record. An admissions inquiry has a short half-life. The prospect filled in a form at eleven at night, filled in three others the same week, and whoever reaches the prospect first has the conversation. Everyone else leaves a voicemail.

Why the rate moves
Enrollment contact rate depends mostly on whether the phone gets answered, so the variable is usually telephony. Admissions teams work the same lists with the same scripts and get wildly different results. Live number reputation, rotation before a number gets flagged and branded caller identity on the handset do more for contact rate than another round of script coaching.
A multi-channel cadence does the rest: a call, a text, another call on a different number at a different hour, stopping the moment somebody replies, with the reply landing on the same conversation rather than in a separate inbox.
The window
An inquiry that is reached inside the first hour behaves like a different lead from the same inquiry reached the next day. Everything Palera does for enrollment teams is in service of shortening the gap between an inquiry and its first contact.

What else enrollment teams use
After first contact, enrollment teams use Palera's internal forms, FERPA-compliant infrastructure and per-program dashboards.
Qualification captured in the conversation, branching as the prospect answers, written to the record and out to the student information system.
Student record handling on infrastructure certified for it, with retention and redaction configured per institution.
Appointments set, interviews held, applications started, defined your way and reported live rather than reconciled monthly.
The ones nobody could reach are the clearest demonstration we have.
